I think that a big part of being confident and credible is being able to admit where things are not going well and your plan to fix them. It's really important that you create a space amongst your first team, which is your executive team, as well as your functional team that we are always going to have things that we have to go and fix. And so I think it's like you got to create vulnerability and the mentality that it's okay. Being very transparent just builds a better company.
