But when you think about a business through the lens of design, you think of value in a much broader and more alistic way than traditional business people do. And so business designs is kind of like a designing machinery that enables you to repeatedly deliver that experiencem,. It's a form of systems design. I really appreciate about ideo ideas philosophy of business design.
