The more you schedule when it's going to happen, the more you get after doing it now. You have to do it in a state of expectation that these things are going to happen. For me, if you have faith, finance, family, and fitness, right? Everything can fit into that umbrella. So for me, I want to have 6% body fat. Because I have to have a reason for it.
