Passive Criticism Is Not Enforced Speech Patterns
It's important that people feel perfectly comfortable providing critical feedback. Having a negative statement about passive criticism is ok. But then when we add in the ys and section, where it sayslike, essentially, respond with your critical feedback in the affirm first, to me, it stacks into a we don't want people to disagree with with a decision. I i have very strong feelings on passive criticism. Ah, much, much stronger negative ones than i think you do. And sometimes it's ok to not necessarily have a great alternative. It's actually just a concept from improf.
