Do I Need to Do All Four Weeks of Phase One?

With this er, with any i would argue, relatively acute injury, i want a really wide margin of error. And so again, when you look at or or rehab templates, people like doi have to do all four weeks of phase one. I'd rather take an extra week or two than take extra months if ever getting back there. You're n autonymous adult. You can make your own decisions. However, my recommendation would be to do the whole thing.
