Are You Having a Bad Diet Concept With Athletes?

Alan and Steph have had some fantastic discussions in previous episodes on this concept of low energy availability. I feel like that really crops into this question as well because you will often find that it's not intentional under-fuelling but if you felt like I ate too much pizza yesterday, then I went on a Kit Kat binge so I'm going to deliberately under-eat a little bit round those. Then they're still eating often find they're still eat a really good dinner sometimes or all my exercise was in the morning or earlier in the day and I really didn't eat very much around that or what I did I skimmed on and it wasn't good choices. Yeah for sure I think
