People are so afraid of over training. Its become this think over training whous like ha. Have you ever known anyone who suffered from proper over training yet? There there's a difference between e overtraining, or they call it over what do they call it chronic over training,. which is natural thing that people have gotten very afraid of. You know, ififi this week i do a set of workouts, and the next week then i perform equally as well, or even better, then i have recovered well enough. That's a definite sign of recovery. If i perform worse week after week, then obviously there's something wrong. And if i'm training consistently, that's most likely not
