The Four Foundations of Mindfulness
Therapy is deeply imbedded as a way to disconnect with allof these stories that make bad news seem even worse. What do i feel like right now in my body? Do i feel comfort uncomfortable? What is the present mood of the mind? And then we might ask, ok, how am i framing this experience? And am i framing it in a way that's making this perience seem even more dire, even more overwhelming? In acknowledging and labelling the feelings and becoming aware of how wer framing experience, we can detach and step back. So we can reframe any challenge in life ahe is sorry.
