Triathletes - Is That a Problem?

The gastrocnemius is typically more fast to it. Whereas the underlying soleus is predominantly more slow twitch. How does that then apply to say triathletes? Am I right in saying, Chad, that your upper body has more slow twitch fibers in your lower body? Is that a good thing or a bad thing? It'd be really interesting because you've talked before about how all of us to a certain extent have some more than others have these intermediate fibers with training.
