The Effects of Ketogenic Diet on Mental Clarity

Mental clarity gets better and that may be some ketogenic quality of the diet but I think it's also that these plant compounds are pissing off the brain a little bit. When we pull them away things just feel a little softer so that's one thing people definitely notice the psychological effects profoundly when they do this. One of the biggest improvements I see is when I can convince my clients to give up the coffee although that's one of the hardest things to do.
