How Long Do You Sit in the Ice Floor?
I generally sit probably longer than what we recommend. Don't exceed ten minutes. Good temperatures, anywhere between forty degrees and like 55 degrees are good tempeeratures to sit in. The effects and the benefits you're getting from the thirties to the fortiess it's very nominal. We can't have this idea that if we don't feel it, then it's not working.
