The Importance of Personal Relationships

The way that we sort of manage the business, not say that others don't do it with super far money, but at least the way we manage our business is one of, you know, all in more than a job. The other thing is just the personal relationships. And I think especially recently we've leaned into that specialization a lot more in the last couple of years where, exclusively, we're looking for that type of business model across any sector in any industry.
