How to Shape the Team for Eucalyptus

The most important skill set of going from like 10 staff to 100 staff is the ability to pick the right areas to invest at the right times. And I think you need some view of what your long-term sources of differentiation actually are and how you can continue to build those out. So it's guess, I guess like to round that out as an answer is like we've had to think through what differentiation look like at scale and invest early on in that capability even when it perhaps is less uncomfortable to do so.
