The Importance of Proper Training

When CrossFit was joking about this thing called wrapped of my alliances, I had a friend who got it. You know, doing a 10,000 burpee challenge might be interesting, but you might pay a high price on the injury side for that. It's not a joke of matter. It's a very dangerous thing. And it's not something you laugh at. People puke and training a lot can really lead to a lot of issues as I've discovered later.
