think everything I do is very inside baseball but when it came to Assassin's Creed and all the you know social media stuff that they were posting everybody was really lovely and said that they they really did enjoy the soundtrack even if they didn't play the game and they're just asking for Mirage gameplay like a lot of them listened to the album and they they they loved they said they connected with it and they enjoyed it and they said it was well deserved and that that does go a long way because you always want to be able to to impact people with your music ultimately I think that's why we all write music is because we want to connect with others so yes it was very lovely it was lovely to hear from some of the fans and yeah that'll probably be my last Grammy so first and last and now I retire that's it that's what's happening

I suspect not but but you know fate is unknown but I I really do suspect not it is one of those where every now and again someone will get lucky and be the right person at the right time or or what not but everything about their demeanor or their work sometimes someone is just the right person for the job but it's clear that that's that one thing was kind of the one thing they can do so they they milk everything they can out of it and well they should because there may not be many more opportunities and then there's other folks yourself very much included at least from my assessment that that's it couldn't be more of the opposite it's it's this is just one example of many and there's a lot of places and the most exciting thing is it's a lot of unknown place who knows where what will come next I mean you yourself have spoken to that you know this particular blend of that kind of like Scandinavian black metal with this very sort of almost a theory and I think that's one of the things that we all share in common typically in this line of work because every day is different so I would not be surprised if you're just routinely in the film and the TV side it's been very gratifying to see good things happen to good people so from my standpoint I'm I'm I'm just love it and I'm very happy to have made it an excuse to get you on here and share you know your a lot of other folks who have been doing games a lot of time when I ask about those early game experiences it is often you know it is often you know and I really I really love the opportunity to to kind of to hear it fresh knowing that yeah you you know you delivered at the highest level level you know there's nothing there's nothing green or first game ask about your work it's like this odd trivia that it would be or that it was and so anyway I think it's awesome I think that's all I've got you've told me all the things I very much appreciate your intelligence of all my curiosity is I actually when we hung out the other day I very deliberately avoided asking you all the things I wanted to ask you because I knew we were going to be doing this so shortly thereafter so I think that's a very interesting thing to do with the entire game and it's it's exciting to see what
