The Second Step Is Planning
In every single situation, planning becomes important. You need to have clear specific tasks, not projects, but tasks. Plotting it in your calendar makes you more aware of the amount of time that you actually do have left to accomplish anything. The catch-all list is a place where you capture the next task that you have while doing the work that you had planned to do. Then prepare, or perform, I should say. Performing requires, of course, you've plotted everything in your calendar and now you need to check your calendar.
