i love the practical advice throughout the book. There's actual tactics, things that we can do immediately after in order to put this stuff into practice. I think thinking of it as data, as information, as really is really useful. After you talk about our body sensations, you then explore movement. It actually takes a fair amount of mental bandwits to inhibit that urge to move,. And so when we allow ourselves to make those little movements m as we're thinking, that can really open up a lot of of mental resources.
