The Effects of Hyperchve Training on Muscle Growth

A recent paper by Carvalo and colleagues, the one that was you know both groups are kind of doing some preconditioning. Hyperchveed training and one group did a short phase of strength training in which the relative training volume was considerably lower. The idea there is that I think that's a really practical example of potentially showing that decreasing training volume substantially could allow you to have some sort of potentiatory effect for later hyperchve training.
