A study into the placibo effect, where they had people drink chocolate drinks. People who were told that it had more calories produced more gorellin - a chemical that makes you not as hungry. This just shows our, i don't know where we started to separate these things, the mind and body. But, you know, more and more we're seeing that these really cannot be separated. And so if we learn, oh, i'm going to eat a bunch of calories, even hearing that, our brain can say, ok, let's get into motion and deal with these calories'
