Is the Central Bank Going to Increase Interest Rates?
Interest rates are so far below the rate of inflation that it's difficult to see the central bank stopping increasing interest rates in the near future. Once interest rates start to increase, they usually go on increasing for some years. The problem they've got is they've got so much debtand we ot mean everywhere. So you kind of think the strategy has to be financial repression, inflate the debt away, and hope that you don't do too much damage to e economy in the meantime. It's a real dilemma, yo. And it's ree dilemman.
