The Effects of Restorative Exercises on Recovery

Early on, we're really getting an impression based on how these basic clinical measures are restoring versus not restoring of how we're going. And you're also getting good information from your patient or your athlete based on their ability to perform the exercises that you give them. So the ones that, you know, quite soon, they're tolerating single leg calf raises through range. They're able to carry out loaded strengthening in bent knee and also straight knee position.
