The Importance of Teamwork in a Competitive Country
I believe incredibly in teamwork and in teams. And I'm truly convinced that it's a two-way street. So we are a company which is very transparent, apart from what I can't say being in a corporation like Amex. But talking about our numbers, we are very transparent with our colleagues. We are very open for discussions. On the other hand side, sure, you have to get your base right but I think it's very important for young talented colleagues to be part of the decision.
