The Importance of Efficiency in User Experience

From a standard UX perspective, we would say, OK, they move the bishop, and then they pressed undo. But it's only a mistake if you think of it as pragmatic action that every action should be moving you closer to some desired goal in the world. We don't have a way to recognize clicking in the wrong category as being potentially beneficial because it's helping you build a cognitive map of all of these things.
