Runners Strength Training
A runner should be able to hit and ten times body weight on a single leg leg pressi think that's achievable for most. We use normal squat, normal dead lift variations where we have to hit a body weight on that for minimum of five reps. And the really important area that often gets neglected is calf strength. If i had ten runners through with a strengthing anditioning programm, maybe one of them might be doing some meaningful loaded calf strength.
