Is It 14 Steps or 15 Steps?

berner: I'm a little disappointed. It's, to me, it's still, it gets five stars, but this is a 14. Is it 14 steps or 15 steps? I thought i read 15, but in the as i working my way through the conduct, it may have been 14. And the reason is that step zero is if you've already got targets and incentives. So it's 15, but it stops at 14. The scond thing is it's complicated. You know, the reason we see so many failed targets and incentives out there is because this stuff is hard. People are complicated. If you've ever played a bald game with your family, you'll
