How to Recognise the Feeling Tone
When we're experiencing a wall of intense emotions, the feeling tone is hiding in plain view. It's right in your face. All we are asked to do at that point is to note the feeling tone of the wall itself best we can and allow it to be as it is for now. As ande elin said, acknowledging the pleasantness and unpleasantness of the emotion,. is a gesture of taking care of yourself. So let's now take a breathing space and in again, to the feelingtone of what's here right now.
