How Many Hours a Day Are You Spending on Social Media?
In two thousand and eight only about 50 % were on social media every day. By 20 16, it was 85%. And even more among girls. It became almost mandatory over that time period. Teans in this age group need about nine hours of sleep on average. Yet the percentage who get seven or less o significant amount of sleep deprivation also spikes around 20 11 or 20 12.
