If you are your goll weit a hundred and 25 pounds, you're going to eat a hundred and 25 grams peree. You begin to think about carbohydrates as a meal threshold. And that would be forty grams of carbohydrates per meal or less. Any over 90 grams of carbohydrates, they should earn. Anything above a certain level is considered iabetic.
