Don't Stop Eating Oranges
Eating more protein and fibre is a big hinge factor in diet. Focus on hitting certain protein targets tends to take care of a lot of other stuff, because it's very satiating. It kind of like automatically pushes out foods that maybe aren't so great for your dietary goals. If you really do have someone who says things like at, i, most people will respond to more water, more protein, more fish oil, more fibre,. More vegetables, more fermented food with as much push back as if you said, a, you can't eat my body.
