Kane: Invocas primarily serve digital marketing teams and sales teams in industries where people research online but then want to have a consultative conversation with somebody. He says they help bridge that gap of what they move from the digital world to the human interaction world. The second wave of the company was really on how do we understand those human-to-human conversations, he adds.
