How to Get Your Frozen Drink Program Up and Running
Licker: I've been working on frozen margaritas recently, trying to get my frozen drink program up. Licker: People are doing really, really high sugar levels, like 12, 13%, 14% and low alcohol levels. He says it takes a long time for it to melt because it doesn't have a lot of alcohol. "I think the other mistake that people make is that they don't know anything about frozen drinks before them," he says.
