There's this idea where it's this kind of homogenous deal and it's not. Powerlifting is a specific sport. You don't have to be explosive. Be a good powerlifter. It happens to be the case that athletics should begin with general strength. What we do is applicable to all of those people. But once they get passed, a certain point, I don't deal with them anymore.
