Do You Know When to Tape Down Your Strength Training?
The max strength workouts will be 30 to forty minutes long, and you'regong to have roughly ten working sets. You'll do that from anywhere from eight to 16 weeks. Not until you are four to six weeks out from your a event do we actually begin tapering down your strength training. When we taper down our strength training, this does not mean cutting it out and going to corps only. Their times dropped significantly. We're talking about an hour and 17 minutes off of a half.
