Do You Do Full Body Workouts?
I like a mix of bilateral and unilateral strength. A lot of guys don't do enough stuff For their hamstrings So I think that the chin up is a really good measure of relative upper body strength in a sport like basketball where You don't have to be that big. We tend to do full body workouts because if you're lifting two or three days a week Full body is kind of my go-to People that love the gym and go four or five days a week then we start doing lower upper instead of upper lower. It makes me sound like a bad trainer But a lot of times I don't have like a written program because I don't know when they're coming so yeah again
