The Quality of the Referee at a Socker Game
There's a lot of socker in our country. Not nearly as much, you know, probably per capita, iss in europe or south america. And yet, people criticise the heck at of premer lea referees. They have v a r tue as a back stop to make sure they're doing the right thing, and very often they're not. We should never expect that the quality of the refereing when it comes to pure view is going to be the same for the top flight journals. It couldn't possibly because there 're so many papers. I'van a couple of million at least now.
