How to Enhance the Community Feel in Your Group
I've thought about adding additional groups a three day per week group a hybrid training group where we're doing running and lifting um those are things that I have in my mind for the future right now. It's very easy for you to modify my group training from four days a week down to three days a week but it is definitely doable there's a ton of people doing that. Over time what I could do technically is make one group and that one group has two programs and if you join my one group you see the gym program and the home program with some pros and cons.
