Kwame: I always go into a negotiation feeling I'm going to be successful because I'm comfortable and secure in knowing what I can control and what I can't. He says the best way to have a positive influence on it is for me to maintain self control and to listen and engage, but that still doesn't guarantee an outcome. Kwame: If you do enough of these, somebody's going to kill themselves - so don't burn bridges or just let insults bounce off you.
