Alabama Cannot Ban Curb Side Voting
There is no rational for this ruling. There is no way to tell whether they're giving the district court any deference that is due to them. So it's clear that they're not right. And it's really dealing with the lives of these re entering people who now have, should have their right to vote restored. The eleventh circuit changes the law, and then the suprome court goes along with that,. well that's just completely out of the window.
