If you want to attempt to use the habit loop strategy, you have to limit your life quite profoundly. You can't travel, you can't go out to dinner with friends. Am it has to become pretty rigid. And i think that we see this um particularly in individuals that are attempting to lose weight in support of their health in a sustainable way.
