How to Be Comfortable With Discomfort
When I was at Boeing, we tended to get, I had a lot of folks that were just like me. And what I found myself doing in reflection is whenever some radically different ideas would come in, I would be hear them because my ideas were right. It's amazing how quickly organizations then start feeling comfortable because they're watching you as a leader. So much more of what we communicate, you know, is our vocal tones, our actions.
