Most people are not at that point. They still have a lot of fat to lose, but already getting hungry. If you set it up the right way, then you can pretty much go for like a few months depending on the body fat level without having any cravings. Then sometimes we have to look at the boring stuff, like sleep stress levels. I would like to say sleep is the best nutrition. There's also research out there comparing people who slept five hours to people who slept eight hours,. People who slept 5 hours at high risk for weight gain, certain diseases and all this stuff.
