Tesla's Lease Agreement With Sherwin Williams

We did not expect our business model had no units leasing prior to completion. So we've been talking to Sherwin Williams and a couple of different big tenants that are going to go in there, but everybody's basically waiting for them to be done. How big are the individual buildings like 40,000 feet for one building or? Yeah. They're all parceled separately. If we want to over time, one of them's in an opportunity zone. And so that one we're keeping for 10 years. But then the other is, you know, if we've got a national credit tenant, a publicly traded company, we could sell off individual buildings to a 1031 buyer or something
