Is Static Stretching a Bad Thing?

After looking at programs, I just had did not see any negative side effects of the guy static stretching before our warmups. As long as you're finishing the warmup and the last thing you do before going into that sprint or heavy lift is explosive, is more dynamic. And again, I wouldn't prework out. I would keep the stretches to 30 seconds or under. On off days or post workout, you could go two minutes plus whatever the hell you want to do.
