Mortar does tend to correlate a little bit more to the 10 year treasury than to our fed funds. And so as the fed funds rate started increasing, so did mortgage rates. So single family did not miss a beat, right? It was me and one back a little bit, but ultimately not enough to actually offset the massive loss of supply over the last decade.
