Is Stretching a Good Recovery Strategy?
Stretching doesn't reduce the risk of injuries, but it makes people feel so much better. Some people do a stretch ten minutes before run and then go for run with no problem. Stretching on non running days switches people off into that recovery mode. It's almost similar to stretching, just a different like kind of stretch regime. He acts almost like non verbal positive self talk.
