I don't think a lot of even these science based lifters I don't think they actually like get into the studies a lot of times. And then when you're just trying to get into the training they're like, don't even think about just fucking lift bro just go hard. So it's like why are you micromanaging this aspect and then you're like, you know, just letting it fly on this end. Most things I think the answer lies somewhere in the middle. But my goal is to always walk them along to become an advanced competitor. As their coach, I'm never going to be in their skin. I don't know what they feel like day to day
