Is There a Clear Definition of Customer Centric?
Most businesses on the planet and particularly consumer facing businesses have a stated aim of being customer centric it's almost become a kind of a necessary part of any corporate strategy. And I think if you are going to be customer centric you do need a lot of data systems in place but many companies don't even know where to start. So, we believe there is a very clear definition of this which is to make the customer the unit of analysis and then to look at the profitability and the performance of the business through the lens of customers. Sounds like a very important and very useful idea very important and useful concept. Why, why write about this nowWhy hasn't this been written about before?
