How to Make an Ask for a Customer
If you're a small company, whoever is closest to that person or has the closest relationship with the person you're trying to get involved should be the one to make the ask. The longer the email, typically the more nervous the person behind it was. Keep it short. In that email, you need to tell them a few things. They can't just ignore your email or sit on their hands. If they want to be involved, it kind of gives them some onus to take part.
