Ando: Some people like drama, they like the conflict. They kind of get excited seeing you get flustered and getting angry. When you fire someone who's a bad employee it is clearly doing something better for them than helping anybody else. Good people will always find excuses to keep what they think is the right thing. But at the same time, you're not leaving. Ah, so now I see you're a person who gets excited by drama. You like being the black sheep. You like wasting my time out of me. That's the way I've always walked into fire.
