Do I Really Need to Recover From Squats?

i'm doing a superset front squat with chains, with squat snatch for three sets of three. And i superset them with this weird little kettle bell exercise where i hook the kettle bell around my toe and i raise my knee to my belly. I do that for three rounds. So i am doing a i'm doing snatches, i'm doing front squats,. i'm doing clean and press m feeling there's a ton of volume in the squat right now. It gives me more time to recover, in forty seven hours, basically, to recover. In the dead left, three days, three times a week is tough. You you go for the bigger global exercises as best you can
